  • Have extensive experience working directly with children and young people, ideally within a residential care setting
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to connect with and support children who have complex needs and diverse life experiences
  • Take an outcome-focused approach, effectively utilising relationships with young people to build trust and support long-term success
